The process begins with determining your wants and needs then setting a budget.  We then have you meet with our award winning architect to create a floorplan that works for you and within your budget.  We then create a full set of plans to submit to the City for approval.

We then have you meet with our designer to select cabinets, tops, lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring, colors and more.

Once construction begins our Construction Foreman keep you updated weekly with photos and comments through our Builder Trends app.  You can check on progress from wherever you are!
